good things...

Well hello there..:) Doing good?? Alhamdulillah..~
I just want to share somethings I've got during this past few days..
First of all..I've read this book called "Life is an open secret" by Zabrina A.Bakar. There's a series of this book, and I read this one, titled "You, Me and We"..
And, I must say..It's a GREAT book. It's an islamic book full of advices and humors and something that we really experienced in our daily life..something that we can relate ourselves to..
If you are interested to read a knowledgable [em,how do i spell this?? o__O] book but having trouble reading a "thick" book [u know what i mean..].Then, try this one..trust me! It's worth it..:)

The way the author wrote the book is so simple, yet informative. You know what..I'll tell you a secret..[well,,not a secret anymore when I write it here.nvm.] One of my wish is to write a book..[ngeheh.] But, with this erm..how do I say..not-so great writing of mine..I doubt that I can write one..[negative thinking.heh.-__-"]
but, anyway..my point is, ohh , how I wish I can write like that..*wink* ;) and publish a book..or maybe many books..inspiring books..:D [oh sungguh tinggi cita-cita itu..heh.]
Well, I'm not going to tell you the content. Plagiarism! hehe. Bacelah sendiri!

Second thing, I learnt about taqwa. What is taqwa?
I heard about this one analogy..

Umar bin Khatab pernah bertanya pada seorang sahabat Rasulullah, Ubay bin Ka'ad tentang apa itu taqwa. Lalu, Ubay pun bertanya kepada Umar, "Pernahkah kamu berjalan dikawasan yg penuh dgn duri?" Umar pun menjawab, "Ya." Pastu, Ubay pun tanya lagi, " Apa yang kamu lakukan?". Pastu, Umar jawab, "Aku sangat berhati-hati berjalan supaya tidak terkena duri itu."Dan Ubay pun berkata, "Itulah takwa".

Warning: Tak ingat the exact word by word bout the story. But, that's the rough outline lah. Yang penting mesejnye tuh. :)

So, get the idea?? InsyaAllah, then the next question you'll want to ask is.. [sori yek campur bm ngan bi ni..(=_=) my vocab is quite limited. xpaham tnya member kat sbelah tu :P]

What's the benefit of taqwa? [kalo dlm bm nye, ape kelebihan taqwa nih?just in case.hehe]
For this question, open the Al-Qur'an [kalo ade tafsir lagi best kot. kalo leh paham bhs arab xpe]
Surah At-Talaq (65) ayat 2, 4, 5.
Best tak? best kan?? [Pemalas nk tulis.]

Then, the next question you'll ask is, "Macam mane nak bertaqwa tu?" [am I a psychic or what?durh... >_<]

Ok2.Focus2. This is a guideline.

1. Mu'ahadah - mengingat perjanjian dengan Allah. Sbenarnye kan, sebelum roh kita dimasukkan dlm tubuh badan kite, roh kita ade wat perjanjian dgn Allah..Al-Qur'an (7:172). Other than that, everyday, when we perform our prayer, we made our promise too..(Al-fatihah:5) Do you like people breaking promise? No, not for me. I hate that..
So, do you want to break a promise we made to our God? No, rite?
Allah said so, don't break our promise (16:91)

2. Muraqabah - mendekatkan diri dgn Allah..ni macam konsep Ihsan

3. Muhasabah - Reflecting on what we did.. (59:18) I'm sure lots of u know what this is..

4. Mu'aqabah - Ni macam, kalo kita ade buat salah, kita denda diri kita sendiri. Bukan dgn menyakiti tubuh bdn kita secara fizikal.. cth macam, kita mengumpat org lain. Pastu kita kena sedar kita buat kesalahan tu, dan denda diri sendiri cthnye dgn menghafal satu surah..:)

5. Mujahadah - bersungguh-sungguh..cthnye macam Allah beritahu dlm Al-Qur'an (29:69)..

hmm,,hopefully u guys will understand this..I tried my best..:D Another thing that I want to tell you is..
We had a name for our house! It's called "Baitul Bushra"- which mean "Rumah Khabar Gembira" hehe..hopefully, this house will always be filled with good news..insyaAllah..:)

Oh, and other thing, my housemates are addicted with "Kalimaat". It's a card game created by Baba Ali. Cubalah main! Best!

In relation with that..I searched for Baba Ali in You tube and came across this video about Ramadhan since we're few days before Ramadhan..:)
