inspection

Salam wbt :)
Good day to you! By the way, the title for today does not have any relation with the picture up there. That's just my attempt to create another so-called masterpiece for my collections. But, end up a total failure. heh. =_=" Seriously, this editing, designing thingy really took up a lot of your time. But,,,I love it anyway..hehe..:) Practice! Practice! Practice!

So, here's what I'm actually going to write today. INSPECTION! or more specifically House Inspection. Here in Aussie, the house agent will do periodic house inspections to obviously inspect the house and ensure the house is in a good condition. We cleaned up the house yesterday to be prepared for the inspection. Some of the agents are really fussy with the cleanliness of the house to the extent that he/she will wipe his/her finger along every single window pane, etc. But, I've never experienced those kind of agents. So, we're just doing our best to clean the house. Alhamdulillah, she said everything's fine. Even though there are couple of things that we overlooked, like forgetting to wipe the windows. hihi.

So, I was thinking.. how we had worked hard to prepare for things like a house inspection, and compare to how well we had prepared for the Day of Judgement. Sometimes, we were to focused in achieving the dunya that we forgot about the forever life hereafter. I'm not saying to forget totally about the dunya, but be balanced in doing the deeds for this dunya and the akhirah. Just like how well we were balancing our time for study and enjoyment. Right?

So, think about it! May Allah bless us in this dunya and the akhirah. Amin. :)

ps: I just realised, I used a lot of "So" here. [vocabulary deficiency =_="]

Reminder of the day

Salam wbt ;)
Just a quick reminder before starting a new day ahead of us. InshaAllah.
Everyone will be busy doing what they plan to do today, like, going to the uni, going to work, going to school, buying groceries, meeting friends, etc.
But, one thing we should not forget while busy doing those stuffs is to remember Allah.
InshaAllah, everything that we do then, will be blessed by Him..^^

Have a good day! :)

and the journey begins

Salam wbt ;)
These past few days have been very...*pause*...interesting in many ways ^^. I don't know what to expect, but the truth is I'm both excited and scared. So far, I'm thankful to Allah had given me the strength to do it, Alhamdulillah..

Everything we do is based on our niat. As stated in the hadith below,

Narrated 'Umar Ibn Al-Khattab (May Allah be pleased with him), reported: Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wassallam) said, "The deeds are considered by the intentions, and a person will get the reward according to his intention. So whoever emigrated for Allah and His Messenger, his emigration will be for Allah and His Messenger; and whoever emigrated for worldly benefits or for a woman to marry, his emigration would be for what he emigrated for".
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim]
One of the most important thing that I learnt these past few days, is that, I need to constantly reminding myself to check my niat (intentions) so that I'm doing this solely for the sake of Allah, inshaAllah. I found it interesting that this hadith is placed first in Hadith 40. It shows how important it is to have the right niat in doing everything we do. We didn't realise that sometimes we did things to please other person, or we did things to make ourselves look good, or we did things because we were forced to do so. It can also turn out that at first we did things for the right intentions, but along the way, the intentions changed due to some circumstances. I think the majority of us will agree that our heart is the most uncontrollable part in our body. We think and feel differently. Sometimes we will faced a situation where we have to make a decision based on what our brain think is right or what our heart feel is right. Such a complicated thing, right? That's why Allah remind us to make a decision and put our trust solely to Him. We must be 100% confident that in the end Allah knows what's right for us.

May Allah guide us to the right path. May everything that we do be for Him only. And may we be rewarded for that in Jannah.

to me in the future

Salam wbt,
Hello people! ^^

Yup, I know. I've been lazyyy. But today, I feel like I want to write something.
I read few blogs before this, so, I feel motivated to write one. But, I'm not quite sure what to write.
So, maybe I'll just write down random stuffs. Feel free to press the 'x' button on top of your screen.

This is all coming from my heart. So, let me just say this.
I've learnt that our 'iman' can increase and decrease at certain times, right?
And for some times before this, I think my 'iman' had went down drastically. I can feel it.
I had not been able to maintain the pace and be 'istiqamah' in my ibadah. *sigh*
I guess, I'm still not strong enough to fight my 'nafs'. *double sighs*
But, I'm recovering right now. hyaaa! \(^^)/
I spent some times to reflect on myself on what I've done wrong and what can be improved.
I've realised that, our relationship with Allah first and foremost need to be strong and of course our relationship with the Qur'an as well. Those two things are very important to fight the 'nafs' especially when we don't have people around us to remind us of it.

So people, don't be like me. Be strong.
Maintain your pace. Check your 'iman'.

I wrote this, so that I can remind myself again in the future to never be like this again. OK!

"O Allah, forgive my sins and strengthen my 'iman'...for you are the most forgiving of all.."

Till then, Wassalam.. ^^
